Are guests required to buy from the link we provide or a specific store?
No! The links you register are just inspiration suggestions to show the style and type of product you want. Your guests and groomsmen can buy from the suggested links, other online stores, physical stores, or wherever they find the best price and conditions. They have complete freedom to choose where to buy. The important thing is to reserve the item to avoid duplicate gifts.
How does the wedding list reservation system work?
It's very practical! Your guests access the list through the link you shared, browse the gifts, choose what they want to give, and click 'Gift This'. They fill in name, email, and phone to confirm the reservation. The item is immediately marked as reserved, you receive the guest's contact information, and you can thank them personally later. Everything updates in real time!
Can we customize our wedding list?
Yes! You have several customization options: add a couple profile picture, choose a beautiful cover photo (can be from your engagement photoshoot), select a custom color that matches the wedding theme, and organize gifts in your preferred order. You can reorder items at any time, putting the most important or priority ones at the top of the list.
How do we set quantities for each gift?
For each item on the list, you define the desired quantity. For example: 12 dinner plates, 6 bath towels, 1 bedding set. If it's a more expensive item, you can request quantity 1. If it's something you need in multiple units (like glasses or cutlery), you can specify the exact number. The system automatically controls reservations and shows how much is still available.
Can we edit the list after it's created?
Yes! You have complete control of the list before, during, and even after the wedding. You can add new gifts as you think of what you need, remove items you changed your mind about, edit quantities, update photos, modify descriptions, change reference links, and reorder products as you wish. Many couples update the list as they set up their apartment.
How do we know who gifted each item on the list?
When a guest reserves a gift, you automatically receive the person's contact information (name, email, and phone). You can access the list's admin panel and see all reserved gifts and who reserved each one. This makes it much easier to thank them personally or send personalized thank-you messages after the wedding.
Do guests see in real time what has already been reserved?
Yes! The list is updated instantly. When someone reserves an item, all other guests accessing the list will see that gift is already reserved or how many units are still available. For example, if you requested 6 wine glasses and 2 have already been reserved, the list will show '4 available'. This completely eliminates the problem of duplicate gifts!
